Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience, all appointments must be scheduled online through our website.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book all appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. However, if you cancel with short notice or fail to show up, it will be applied to the cancellation fee.
Cancelation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. To cancel or reschedule, please text us at 682-738-7297.
Cancellations with short notice or no-shows will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and your deposit will be forfeited and applied toward this fee. This must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule up to two appointments per month with at least 24 hours' notice. This policy helps maintain the studio's schedule integrity and ensures availability for all clients.
To reschedule your appointment, please text us directly at 682-738-7297. Texting is the fastest and most convenient way to reach us.
Studio Policy
Booking with us is an agreement to adhere to our policies and procedures.

No guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service.

Clients who don't comply with our studio policies may be asked to leave, and future bookings may be denied.
Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for necessary paperwork. Arriving on time ensures you can fully enjoy your service for optimal relaxation.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be counted as a no-show and canceled. If we are unable to accommodate the delay, cancellation fees will apply.
Conduct Policy
If your behavior is inappropriate or makes us uncomfortable, we will inform you of the issue and ask that it stop immediately. If the behavior continues, you will be required to leave the premises. Failure to comply will result in law enforcement being contacted.
Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Clients who violate the conduct policy, engage in loud or aggressive behavior, damage or take property, or pose a risk to us or others will be denied service and required to leave immediately. Failure to comply will result in law enforcement being contacted.
Minor Treatment Policy
Teens and children under 18 who are receiving services MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

All intake and consent forms must be completed and signed by the parent/legal guardian.
Child Policy
For the safety of us and our clients, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in my studio.

We ask all clients to make proper arrangements for childcare during your appointment.
Pet Policy
We love pets, but they are not allowed in our studio, to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for everyone. Please leave your furry friends at home. If you have a service animal, kindly contact us in advance.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and apple and google pay. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed services. Any remaining balance must be paid before leaving the appointment. Failure to pay may result in denied future bookings.
